Transaction Monitoring

Transaction Monitoring provides user information of visitors accessing via the connected main domain. Based on the provided information, you can monitor the overall service provision beyond traffic control.

Screen Configuration

  1. Real-time Dashboard: Displays aggregated data for call counts, response times, and error data collected over the last 5 minutes.
  2. Daily Dashboard: Displays the cumulative call count and visitor count for the day.
    • Data is aggregated and displayed on an hourly basis.
    • ex. If the current time is 19:15, the data aggregated up to 18:59:59 will be displayed as 18:00 data.
  3. World Map: Displays the origin of the collected data by country, visualizing the call counts and response times for each region.
  4. Share: Displays the user environment of the collected data. You can view browser / OS information.
  5. Metrics: Outputs the collected call counts and response times by Host / Path in a table format.
    • Collected data can be viewed and verified on a Path basis.
    • The data displayed in the Metrics can be downloaded as a csv file.
    • Data can be sorted in descending or ascending order by various metrics.

Data Components

Call Counts

  • Displays the call counts for the last 5 minutes for the integrated main domain.
  • Call types: Page loads, asynchronous (XHR) requests
  • Call counts transmitted to NetFUNNEL from actions occurring within the main domain are collected. The incidence of calls may vary depending on your setup.

Response Time(s)

  • Displays the average response time for the aggregated call records.
  • Indicates the time taken for a call to be returned within the service.

Errors

  • Displays the number of errors occurring within the integrated service.
  • The aggregated errors signify errors occurring from the visitor and service provider side, not NetFUNNEL service disruptions (device, network environment, etc.).

Today's Call Counts

  • Displays the day's collected call counts, gathered on an hourly basis.

Today's Visitor Counts

  • Displays the day's collected visitor counts.

Share

  • Displays the user environment of the aggregated call counts.
  • In the Share, browser and OS types are checked.

Data Alerts

  • Provides gathered information about the data source and key information.
  • Host: Displays the site domain where traffic is generated. Even if there is no Basic/Section Control segment applied, all traffic data coming into URLs under the main domain is collected and displayed.
  • Path: Displays the Path parameter under the Host domain.
  • Call Counts/Response Time: Displays the call counts and response times (in ms) occurring at each URL.
  • Category: Displays the transmission method of calls occurring at each URL. NetFUNNEL collects calls occurring from Browser/Ajax.
