Screen Layout

In the Traffic Control screen, you can create segments for setting up Basic Control and Section Control, and monitor the traffic status in real-time through the dashboard and segment-specific status.

Both Basic Control and Section Control offer the same screen layout.

Default View

λ””ν΄νŠΈλ·°

Default View is a screen type that displays detailed settings at a glance, allowing for flexible response to immediate environmental changes. It is convenient to check the information needed for traffic control in real-time during major events in a live environment.

Basic Control Window

Displays the monitoring values for basic control within the project.

  • Access Mode: Displays the access mode of the project.
  • Total Entry Requests: Displays the number of entry requests confirmed in the project.
  • Maximum Wait Time(s): Displays the maximum wait time observed in the project.
  • Maximum Queue Length: Displays the maximum number of waitlisted individuals in the project.
  • Maximum Processing Time(s): Displays the maximum processing time for entries handled in the project.
  • Current Time: Displays the service time set according to UTC.

Dashboard

Displays the operational status of the project with visualized graphs.

  • Entry Requests: Displays the entry status per segment per second.
  • Processing Time(s): Displays the time taken to enter service after waiting, per segment per second.
  • Completion Rate(%): Displays the completion rate of entering service after waiting, per segment per second.

Segments

For setting up waiting/blocking windows, segments must be created and managed.

  • Segment Name: Displays the set segment name.
  • Next to the segment name, a graph icon allows you to set the visibility on the dashboard.
  • Segment Key: Displays the unique key for each segment. It can be copied via the copy button and is used in API calls for traffic control. πŸ”ŽLearn about Traffic Control via API Integration
  • Wait State: Displays the operational state and processing time per segment. Shows whether the state is smooth, waiting, or delayed.
  • Entry Requests: Displays the number of visitors currently entering the service.
  • Number in Queue: Displays the number of visitors currently waiting after entry.
  • Wait Time(s): Displays the time it takes to complete waiting after entry.
  • Inflow: Displays the number of visitors starting to enter after waiting and site visitation.
  • Limited Inflow: Displays the set limited inflow per segment, which represents the maximum concurrent users allowed on the service page.
  • Current User Count: Shows the number of visitors who have successfully accessed the site; increases by +1 if access is allowed, decreases by -1 upon successful connection.
  • Current Usage Rate: Displays the ratio of current users to the entry allowance.
  • Completion Rate: Displays the percentage of users who have successfully visited the service and are no longer subject to traffic control.
  • Processing Time: Displays the average time taken to complete processing.
  • Create Segment: Allows for the creation of new segments.
  • Settings and Deletion: Allows for changing settings ('Settings button') or deleting ('Trash can button') of created segments.

Classic View

ν΄λž˜μ‹λ·°

Classic View is a monitoring screen focused on intuitively checking the traffic control status by displaying key information along with animations for continuous monitoring.

Segments

Visitors' status can be visually checked through animations.

  • The information displayed in Classic View is the same as in the segments.
  • Hovering over each item allows you to check the information for that value.
