Dashboard
SCP provides two types of dashboards for efficient service operation management.
1️⃣ Main Dashboard
2️⃣ Service Dashboard
Main Dashboard
The main dashboard is the first screen you will encounter when you log into SCP.
It provides an overview of all the services you are using on SCP.
On the main dashboard, you can view the following information and access various features:
- GNB (Global Navigation Bar): Navigate to Docs, Contact Us, and Profile menus, and set the language.
- SNB (Side Navigation Bar): Navigate to SCP's service dashboards.
- Content Area: View organization information, billing summaries, SCP services, and access SCP content
Service Dashboard
SCP provides individual dashboards for each service it operates, showing essential information about the service's operation.
There are two ways to access the service dashboard:
- Select a service from the SNB
- Main Dashboard > SCP Services > Select Shortcut
The service dashboard provides the following information and features:
- Service Console Access: Navigate to the service home.
- Subscription Management: Check or change subscription details for services.
- Member Management: View or manage members who are operating the service together.
- Usage: View all billing-related usage data at a glance.
- Service Content: Provides content helpful for using the service.
