Usage
The Usage page provides useful data for monitoring the service usage according to the subscribed plan.
Screen Configuration
Usage Summary
Displays the service usage for the current month.
- Total Active Users: Shows the number of visitors entering through URLs registered under the Basic/Section Control segments.
- Total Waiting Users: Displays the value of visitors who entered the waiting room.
- Maximum Concurrent Users: Displays the number of visitors concurrently waiting at the same time.
- Segments: Displays the count of configured Basic / Section Control segments.
- Waiting Room / Block Room: Displays the number of created waiting room templates.
Total Usage
You can check the service usage on a monthly basis.
- Active Users: Displays the active user values collected from the Basic / Section Control segments.
- Waiting Users: Displays the number of visitors waiting through Basic / Section Control. Detailed figures appear when you hover over each graph for Active / Waiting Users.
- Total usage can be viewed on an annual, monthly, or daily basis, and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
