Payment Management
Select Payment Management from the Profile Icon to move to the payment management screen.
The payment management menu is only visible to the organization's owner and is only accessible by the owner.
Here is an example screen of the payment management menu.
The payment management menu offers the following information and features:
- Billing amount by period
- Billing information
- Billing status
- Usage by service
- Payment method management
However, customers who have purchased plans from the Marketplace or are subscribing to an Enterprise plan cannot check separate billing amount information.
Types of Billing
SCP offers three types of billing.
Free Trial
This type allows you to try services for free. You can freely apply within the SCP Console and use it for 14 days from the start date. (However, this option is only provided for the NetFUNNEL service.)
Pay-as-you-go
If you are subscribing to the Standard plan, the fee for usage from the 1st to the last day of the month is automatically billed on the 1st of the following month, and payments are automatically made through the registered credit card on the 5th of every month. Once payment is completed, an invoice is sent to the billing email address entered when registering the credit card.

Failed | If the payment fails on the payment day |
Subscription
In the case of subscribing to an Enterprise plan, payment is conducted directly by SCP. Also, customers subscribing to an Enterprise plan cannot check separate billing amount information within the SCP Console. Billing Method
The final billing amount is calculated as the total amount of usage for all services. Usage information for each service is updated in real time and can be checked in the service usage area of the Overview tab in the payment management menu.
Usage measured by each service may vary, and for details related to usage-based fees, please contact the sales team.

Payment Method Management
On the payment method management page, you can register and manage cards to be used for plan payments. Up to five cards can be registered, and they can be edited or deleted at any time.
However, cards with less than 6 months validity and debit cards cannot be registered, and cards in use cannot be deleted.
